Call For Help From the President |
Dear Friends:
Happy Thanksgiving!
I am writing you to ask you for a favor: to distribute the attached letter to all who you know graduated from CAU. As the President of the China Agricultural University American Alumni Association (CAUAAA), I am calling for all CAU alumni to register for the CAUAAA membership, to donate in supporting CAU students from poor families, and organize local chapters and activities.
The China Agricultural University American Alumni Association (CAUAAA) was established in late 2004 in response to the calls for centennial celebration of CAU. As a gift to the “ Mother School ”, CAUAAA established a supporting fund for CAU students from poor families to complete their college. In early 2006, 10 students received the CAUAAA scholarship in Beijing , each with 2000 RMB. To continue the effort, CAUAAA is calling for donations from all CAU alumni in USA and Canada . Attached is the letter from Xiusheng Yang, the President of CAUAAA for details.
